I have a number of different events from one day workshops to weekend retreats. You can train to become a Reiki practitioner or learn the art of mindfulness practice, or go on a wellness journey.

    If you need some time to get away and self reflect, this is a great weekend to recharge and go away feeling a greater sense of direction and calm. Castle point is a magical spot when you can enjoy fantastic view of the ocean and enjoy a calm meditative atmosphere.
